How do i take poison ivy prevention?

Take all content of one vial under tongue for at least 30 seconds, then swallow. Repeat on the same day of the week for 3 consecutive weeks. Avoid mint flavored foods (mouthwash, mints, etc.) for within one hour of taking the solution.

Is this something I need to take yearly?
